Mechanical EngineerPosition OverviewThis role supports the design, development, and improvement of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. The position combines hands-on 3D CAD design with analytical engineering work, manufacturing support, and supplier collaboration throughout the product lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop mechanical and electro-mechanical components and assembliesCreate and maintain 3D models and drawings using CAD softwarePerform tolerance and stack-up analysis to support robust designSupport design for manufacturability and cost considerationsDevelop and maintain bills of materials and engineering documentationTroubleshoot mechanical issues and support root cause analysisCollaborate with suppliers and external partners to support design and manufacturing effortsConduct engineering analysis to validate and improve designsSupport testing, verification, and implementation of design improvementsCommunicate progress and technical findings with cross-functional teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experienceExperience designing mechanical or electro-mechanical systemsProficiency with 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks or similar)Experience with tolerance analysis, manufacturing processes, and supplier interactionStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to produce clear engineering documentation, including drawings and change recordsEffective written and verbal communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
