Since then, we have grown our operations and expanded into other cities and states while also broadening the range of services we offer.As we continue to expand—locally and globally—we are seeking a talented Multimedia Production Specialist to join our marketing team at our main office in Clarksville, TN and contribute to our diverse range of enterprises. This role is ideal for someone passionate about scaling businesses, with the ability to take ideas from concept through production and editing, and a strong balance of creative vision and technical expertise. It also for someone who takes initiative, brings strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to apply their creativity across a range of industries.Job Description:This person will be our lead videographer and photographer for all of our businesses. We’re looking for someone who has an equal passion and skillset in both areas.We’re seeking someone proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar. A major focus for this role is the ability to conduct interviews and craft documentary-style storytelling edits, especially for content related to our nonprofit and our commercial tenants.What You’ll Work On:A glimpse of what’s currently mapped out — with room to expand and evolve as we lean into your strengths.PhotographyLifestyle & product photography (employee headshots, event coverage, products, etc.) Real estate photography (interiors, exteriors, aerials, and 3D Matterport tours) Responsible for ensuring our listings are published to our website, Zillow, etcVideographyScripting, coordinating, filming, and editing of:Short form lifestyle and culture videos for our social accounts Tenant & member highlight videos Property & community highlight videos Event promos and highlight videos Podcasts, including light audio production and mixing Documentary-style videos General advertising videos Training/onboarding videos Experience and Education:High school diploma or GEDWe’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional experience in videography and photography, either through prior full-time employment or freelancing. A strong portfolio showcasing your work in both video production and photography is essential.Travel Responsibilities:Requires a mixture of office desk work and travel to various locations in Clarksville, TN, and surrounding areasOccasional after-hours events will require a marketing presence to capture content and engage with the communityWork Conditions:Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motionsModerate Infrequent Exertion: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
