Preconstruction Manager / Senior EstimatorLocation: Lehigh County, PA Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 + BenefitsThe RoleI’m working with a General Contractor looking to hire a Preconstruction Manager / Senior Estimator.You’ll be involved in estimating, reviewing drawings, pricing work, managing subcontractor bids, and supporting projects before construction starts.Projects include warehouse, industrial, retail, commercial interiors, and tenant improvement work. The company has a strong pipeline of work and good long-term growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesPrepare estimates and budgets for commercial construction projectsReview drawings, specifications, and project documentsManage subcontractor pricing, bid packages, and scope reviewsSupport budgeting, value engineering, and preconstruction planningWork closely with project teams, subcontractors, and leadership throughout the processPreferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following is a plus:Warehouse / industrial projectsRetail or big-box constructionCommercial interiors / tenant improvementsGround-up commercial constructionSite work or development projectsRequirementsExperience in estimating or preconstruction within commercial constructionStrong understanding of drawings, budgets, bids, and subcontractor scopesStable work history preferredExperience with Microsoft Project, ASTA, or estimating software is beneficialSalary & Benefits$90,000 – $130,000 base salary depending on experienceMedical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage4% 401(k) matchPTOLong-term career growth opportunities
