This function serves as a product expert, that develops strong business relationships with customers and ensures their support and satisfaction with CSI products.Primary ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales, profit, and market share targets with channel partners and end users within the assigned territory as part of the overall sales and marketing plan for the divisionDevelop and execute a Territory Plan by expanding market awareness of our products through communicating features and benefits of products successfully;Act as a steward of the CSI portfolio by making recommendations and by managing complaints/issues in the field as needed, in partnership with the Tech Service ManagersManage and grow existing customer base by understanding and anticipating customer needs;Communicate sales and marketing opportunities with existing and new business opportunities;Identify and resolve any and all customer disputes while recommending a course of action to alleviate future concerns. Communicate to leadership quickly on corrective actionsParticipate in meetings, training sessions, tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and professional development opportunities at a Corporate level and with existing customer baseMaintain awareness of pertinent customer information, future plans, payment performance, and communicate any information that would affect company decisionsMaintain an understanding and knowledge of competitive products and offers by identifying and reporting intelligence on pricing and marketing strategiesSubmit ongoing territory reports to include daily activities, competitor information, and customer interactionAdditional duties as assignedQualificationsHighly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as a part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environmentHigh level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making, and problem resolution skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timelinesInherent ability to influence with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to gain trustRequirementsBS/BA (preferably) in Ag Business or MarketingAbility to travel extensively within territory (80% of the time)Reliable transportation with clean driving recordGoal of becoming successful in performing territory development activities and personal growth opportunities within Control SolutionsKnowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniquesMust be located within the Primary TerritoryAn essential element of Control Solutions, Inc.
