They serve prominent clients such as Boeing, the US Army, and various aviation sectors.ResponsibilitiesReview customer paperwork for masking, unmasking, and painting instructionsInspect incoming parts for damage, scratches, or other defects, and unpack received items according to company standardsSand, clean, and prepare parts for paintingProcess and mask parts according to shop work orders, specifications, and drawingsWork closely with more advanced maskers and painters to complete work and prioritize tasksHandle and transport materials within the facility according to company proceduresManage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulationsFollow supervisor instructions and perform other duties as requiredSkillsHigh School Graduate or EquivalentMust be able to pass a drug test and a background checkProduction or manufacturing experience is a plusOn-the-job training is available
