What You Will DoDevelop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, including identifying new opportunities and overseeing bespoke initiatives. Lead by example to manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and developing talent. Coach, develop, and mentor direct reports, ensuring processes are in place to develop team members and drive retention. Continuously analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities to refine strategies and processes. Work with leadership to forecast business performance on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases. Foster strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally. Maintain and grow key account relationships. Liaise with overseas business development teams on global account initiatives. Collaborate with all department heads to ensure customer expectations are met. Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the creation and enhancement of solutions that align with client, departmental, and company needs. Ensure effective promotion of the Legal Technologies brand at appropriate events through team efforts. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to upper management. Drive cross‐functional collaboration to support sales objectives and meet client expectations. Business Travel RequirementsTravel in the US will be required. What You Will Bring To The RoleStrong educational background preferred. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential; a secondary European language is advantageous. Significant track record of success in business development and account management across the US at a similar level of seniority. Demonstrated experience of building and maintaining strong, commercial relationships with senior stakeholders, internally and externally. Proven experience of managing highly successful teams and motivating others to perform at maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Direct knowledge and/or experience in litigation, regulatory investigations/disputes, insolvency, competition and anti‐trust law required. Understanding of Electronic Discovery software tools is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent written ability and extensive experience producing presentations, proposals and reports for senior stakeholders. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving skills. Ability to proactively and independently resolve complex issues. Strong computer skills and a good working knowledge of customer relationship management software. Strong knowledge of ESI concepts, principles, management and processing as they relate to legal matters. Extensive knowledge of hosted discovery management applications and tools.
