Optimized, Inc. is looking for a Founding Agent Engineer in San Francisco to own the intelligence behind AI agents. You will define how agents reason and plan and ensure decision quality from research to production.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML systems, specifically with LLMs, and be fluent in Python. You will collaborate closely with customers, making real-world supply chain decisions actionable and measurable.
