About the Opportunity:The Virtual Client Onboarding Representative serves as the primary virtual contact for new and incoming clients, facilitating their introduction to financial services and guiding them through the onboarding process. This role is critical in establishing client relationships, discovering client needs, and connecting clients to appropriate resources within the organization, thereby supporting client engagement and satisfaction.3. Responsibilities:Serve as the main virtual contact for new and incoming clientsInitiate outbound communication to welcome and onboard clientsEngage clients to identify their needs and goalsExplain service offerings clearly and recommend next stepsSchedule follow-up calls or connect clients with relevant team membersMaintain detailed and accurate client records in the CRM system4. Requirements:High school diploma or college degree preferredProfessional and friendly communication skills suitable for client-facing interactionsAbility to work effectively from a home-based settingStrong listening and follow-up skills with a client-focused approachPrevious experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing roles is a plus5.
