If you are passionate about technical excellence, safety, and environmental stewardship, and thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a renowned mining operation.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee in-field activities related to leaching recipe development, optimization test work, and trials.Implement and operate field arrays and associated units, ensuring continuous operational readiness and troubleshooting as needed.Support planning and execution of additive, heat, and raffinate injection trials, ensuring adherence to protocols.Coordinate with contractors and operators responsible for mixing, dosing, and monitoring additives, maintaining operational compliance.Collect, process, and analyze samples efficiently to generate timely, actionable test results supporting technical evaluations.Participate in planning phases of field test work, providing practical support during execution, including weekend standby.Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence in all activities.RequirementsMinimum of 7 years of experience in an engineering or technical role within the mining or chemical processing industry.Proven experience with field test work, sample collection, and basic analytical techniques.Strong familiarity with leaching processes, additive mixing/dosing, and operation of field arrays or similar equipment.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in operational environments.Nice To Have SkillsExperience with recipe development, optimization trials, and technical support in mining or chemical processing.Prior involvement in heat or raffinate injection trials.Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with reporting protocols.Leach operations experience.
