Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.Employees | Value | Execution | RelationshipsJOB SUMMARYOversee daily front desk activities while performing comprehensive administrative and clerical duties to support organizational operations.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or GED.KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIESMust be able to follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Trustworthy to enter secured areas and lock-up buildings. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAnswers main phone lines. Orders minor office equipment, i.e., files, folders, etc. Schedule Fed Ex, UPS Express, etc., orders. Assists with Purchasing Order hotline. Assists Accounting with invoice processing.
