Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Shift Lead to join our vibrant team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. Duties Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service in a quick service and fast food restaurant environment Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained Manage POS systems such as FOCUS system for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Supervise inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Train new staff members on food production, customer service protocols, and operational procedures Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all shifts Assist with shift management by coordinating schedules, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining a positive work atmosphere Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or casual dining settings Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Background in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices Prior experience supervising teams in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently Knowledge of kitchen management, food production processes, and catering or banquet experience is a plus Join us as a Shift Lead and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
