Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. The LPN will assist with patient assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support daily care activities to ensure comfort and safety for all patients.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities.Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to care.Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate patient care plans.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff.Educate patients and families on health maintenance and medication management.Qualifications:Current and active state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.BLS certification required.Strong communication, observation, and organizational skills.Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
