Maintenance Technician PositionAbout UsGuggisberg Cheese, Inc. founded in the 1950s in Ohio’s Amish Country, is a nationally recognized leader in premium Swiss cheese, celebrated for award-winning quality, traditional craftsmanship, and a lasting commitment to excellence.What You’ll DoPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and control systems.Install, inspect, and maintain equipment, wiring, plumbing, and air systems.Troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.Document completed work accurately and follow scheduled maintenance plans.Support team projects, uphold safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.This is a full-time position located at 1545 County Road 70, Sugarcreek, OH 44681, offering a starting pay of $26.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package.What We’re Looking ForPrevious maintenance experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate).Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.Familiarity with pumps, pneumatics, welding, fabrication, and control panels.Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).Ability to work safely at heights and lift up to 40 lbs.Team-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.Must pass a background check and drug screening.Benefits401(k) with Match | Health, Dental & Vision Insurance | HSA | Life Insurance | PTO | Employee Discount | Referral ProgramJoin Us!
