The selected candidate will provide individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals for students in grades K 3 within a structured and supportive classroom environment. Instruction will be guided by ongoing data collection and progress monitoring to ensure student growth, with a focus on developing foundational reading and math skills through engaging, evidence-based practices. The teacher will implement positive behavior supports tailored to individual student needs and demonstrate a strong understanding of developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs.
