This is a contract position offering flexibility to build your own caseload and schedule while delivering family-centered, evidence-based therapy services.Part-Time or Full-Time, Contract Position - Flexible scheduling with the ability to determine your caseload and availabilitySalary: $86.00 - $106.00 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesProvide occupational therapy services in natural environments (home and community settings)Conduct OT evaluations and ongoing developmental assessmentsCollaborate with families, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary team membersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans and family-centered interventionsMonitor progress and adjust interventions as neededMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Indiana First Steps and state requirementsWhy Embracing Abilities?Family-owned, mission-driven organizationCollaborative and supportive team cultureFlexible, contractor-based scheduling Service Area: Hendricks County OnlyRequirementsRequired QualificationsApplicants must meet all Indiana First Steps hiring and credentialing requirements, including but not limited to:Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of IndianaExperience working with young children and families preferred Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable form of transportation.Must meet Indiana First Steps qualifications.Ability to pass background checks, TB testing, and other state-required screenings Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skillsFull-time, Part-time, ContractSalary: $86.00 - $106.00 per hourPlease note this position is for service area Hendricks County only, no remote work.**Salary Description$86.00 - $106.00 per hour
