Sunday & Saturday: Scheduled between 11a-9p
Monday-Friday: Scheduled between 11a-9p
General Description, Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided through a friendly and upbeat attitude, fast and accurate processing of customers, proficiency at cash handling and credit transactions, exceptional communication skills and coordination with other Team Members to respond to inquiries and resolve problems while maintaining a customer first attitude.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of customer contact for customers during their Golf, Axe Throwing, Escape Game or Bar experience. Other responsibilities will include all the following duties:
Answer the phone and any resulting customer inquiries (Prices, Hours of Operation, Dates of Closures, Information Related to Other Attractions Owned and Operated by the Company, Party Information)
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client while maintaining a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed
Efficient and Accurate use of the cash register/POS system
Ability to proficiently use a computer to check-in customers for other events within the attraction (Mental Trap/Wicked Axe)
Set-up, hosting and clean-up of private events
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences to make recommendations
Ensuring that standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met
Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables and washing glasses, utensils and equipment; notify management of any issues is required
Preempt and actively respond to problems that arise while keeping management informed
Dealing with sales, as and when required
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Inventory counting and stocking
General cleaning such as: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping down tables, cleaning bathrooms, bending, stooping, lifting items of up to 50 pounds
Effectively responding to customer complaints and comments
Any other duties given by a supervisor during a prescheduled shift

Requirements
Preferred experience with cash register/POS system, but not required
Preferred experience with children, teens and adults
All employees will be required to work at least one weekend day every week (weekends are Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
Highly Organized with an ability to display strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
The ability to work a varied schedule - days, nights, and weekends
Excellent computer, problem-solving and customer service skills
Positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills with an ability to converse and work with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures
Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol and can provide proof of OLCC Service Permit Certification prior to hire
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for short periods of time
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and crouch for extended periods of time
Ability to multi-task in a chaotic environment
Being comfortable with cleaning and experience with using disinfecting agents such as, Isopropyl Alcohol, Bleach, Lysol and Pinesol
Demonstrate an ability to deliver excellent customer service
Work Environment
Standing for extended periods of time (up to eight hours per day)
Dealing with a wide variety of guests from 0 years old to over 90 years old
Cleaning when there are no customers
Cleaning while there are customers on the course
Being able to deal with a loud and chaotic environment
Being able to motivate oneself when there are no customers to serve
