Civil Foreman

Structure Resources is seeking a Foreman to join our client's North Carolina office. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a 100% employee-owned civil construction company. They are looking for a Foreman with Civil, Concrete, and Infrastructure construction experience. The ideal candidate will have experience leading crews on concrete, site development, underground utilities, and heavy civil projects while maintaining production, coordinating labor/equipment/materials, and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, company quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
