We work directly with manufacturers, using state-of-the-art technology to bring product lines to the market.What you will be able to doResponsible for responding to scheduled and emergency field repair of Henrob Self-Pierce Riveting, SCA Dispensing, K-Flow Flow Drill systems, and Machine Vision systems and providing support to optimize the productivity and quality of companies systems.Main tasks and objectivesInspect and evaluate customer field issues on-site at the customer location or by phone or e-mailTroubleshoot customer systems to ensure that they are operating at the desired quality and productivityEngage others in the organization to drive 100% of field issues to completionGenerate detailed service reports for customers and update them in the databaseInspect warranty claims from customers and gather the data required to validate a warranty claimTrain customers in the correct and effective use of company IAS systems and softwareTrain other company personnel in the repair of equipmentMust be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds70% travel locally, 30% nationallyThis is a full-time position with a relatively consistent work schedule.
