This company offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is focused on innovation, operational excellence, and supporting a large, field-based workforce.Job Description:We are seeking an HR Payroll Coordinator to support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR systems management. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll, maintaining employee data, and providing responsive support to employees and managers. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment and brings a strong mix of payroll, HR operations, and customer service experience.Key Responsibilities:Payroll AdministrationAssist with weekly payroll processing, including reviewing timecards and tracking hours workedSupport payroll updates such as deductions, adjustments, and employee changesPartner with internal teams and vendors to resolve payroll discrepanciesEnsure compliance with applicable wage and hour regulationsBenefits AdministrationRespond to employee questions related to benefits programs (health, retirement, etc.)Support enrollments, qualifying life events, and open enrollment cyclesCoordinate with benefit providers to resolve issues and discrepanciesAssist with leave tracking and administration, including FMLA and other leave typesHRIS & Data ManagementMaintain accurate employee records across HRIS and payroll systemsProcess employee updates and ensure data integrityGenerate HR reports and assist with audits and compliance activitiesSupport system updates, troubleshooting, and process improvementsHR Operations & Employee SupportServe as a primary contact for HR-related employee and manager inquiriesAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and communicationCoordinate credentialing and ensure compliance requirements are metMaintain organized HR documentation and recordsProcess Improvement & ComplianceFollow established HR workflows and identify opportunities for increased efficiencySupport reporting, audits, and compliance-related initiativesQualifications:1–3+ years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or a related roleHands-on experience supporting payroll processes and benefits administrationFamiliarity with payroll functions such as time tracking, deductions, and complianceExperience with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, Rippling, or similar)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and OutlookStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills with a responsive, service-oriented approachAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionExperience in healthcare, medical, or fast-paced environments preferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferredAdditional Details:Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote)High-volume role supporting a large, field-based employee populationOpportunity for conversion to a full-time role with increased compensationStandard 40-hour workweek with potential overtime eligibilityPerks:Opportunity to gain hands-on experience across payroll, HRIS, and benefitsExposure to a dynamic and growing organizationCollaborative team environment with strong leadership supportClear path for growth and advancement upon conversionAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
