Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Morris, Illinois, serving multiple elementary schools within a special education cooperative. This role focuses on providing teletherapy services in a school setting, supporting students with communication disorders, including those in self-contained autism classrooms.Responsibilities include:Delivering teletherapy speech and language services to elementary studentsCollaborating with educators and special education staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)Monitoring student progress and documenting therapy outcomesManaging caseloads of 33-43 students across multiple schoolsUtilizing telespeech methods effectively to engage students remotelyQualifications and experience:Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in school-based settingsProficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote service deliveryDemonstrated ability to work with a diverse student population, including those with autism spectrum disorderStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage a full-time workload (32.5 to 37.5 hours per week)Locations involved:Walnut Trails ElementaryMinooka Primary CenterMinooka ElementaryThis contract role is slated to begin ASAP and will continue through May 2026.
