The successful candidate will be a true generalist with a focus on transactional work, including strong contract drafting capabilities and experience in EPC contracting. This role is highly collaborative and requires the ability to partner with business units across the enterprise. The Senior Counsel will have meaningful exposure to senior leadership and be hands-on involved in all aspects of corporate operations.
