This role is responsible for guiding projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring alignment with safety standards, financial targets, timelines, and client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion and enforce jobsite safety standards while promoting a strong safety-first cultureOversee project documentation, including tracking, reviewing, and maintaining accuracy across all recordsDefine and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and client objectivesCoordinate project schedules, field teams, and resource allocation to support successful executionLead procurement efforts, including vendor coordination, material purchasing, and delivery timelinesContribute to project estimating and budgeting effortsManage project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and overall profitabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsAssist in business development efforts, including supporting proposals and client engagement activitiesQualificationsWillingness to travel as project demands requireMinimum of 8 years of experience managing construction projectsStrong background in mechanical systems, specifically HVACProven ability to interpret and work from construction drawings and specificationsSolid understanding of design methodologies, tools, and industry best practicesWorking knowledge of business and management principles, including:Operational processes and financial performanceBudgeting and cost controlClient relationship managementBusiness development and sales support strategiesContracting and legal considerations within the construction industryWhat You Can ExpectThis opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of complex and high-profile projects across multiple industries.
