VERY strong communication and business skills - must be able to work with both business and IS side, keep everybody "calm" strong knowledge of test methodology and be able to explain to business why a methodology needs to be followed strong UAT analyst skills, wants a "true" UAT person consultant would work on test strategy, prepare UAT test plan and cases, scheduling of users and reporting - basically everything except actual test execution the 2 projects involve Billing and Prepaid, both large projects hiring manager likes people to bring in samples of their previous work, seems like soft skills are very important to her so people need to be very "smooth".
