This role is well suited for an experienced automotive or industrial painter who wants to apply their skills in a higher-precision, quality-driven environment. We are a small, growing company. Key responsibilities include: Apply liquid coatings including primers, topcoats, and specialty coatings using HVLP and conventional spray equipment Perform surface preparation including cleaning, masking, sanding, and inspection Mix coatings per manufacturer instructions and internal work procedures Spray test panels and verify setup prior to production Monitor and control film thickness, coverage, and finish quality Operate in controlled and non-controlled paint booth environments Follow written work instructions, quality plans, and safety requirements Accurately document work performed Maintain clean, organized spray areas and equipment Assist other departments as needed to support overall operations
