👉 This role is NOT a typical backend position👉 This is a data streaming & real-time processing role at scale🥇 What We’re REALLY Looking For (Must-Have — Track A) You must have strong experience in real-time data streaming systems, including: Kafka and/or similar streaming systemsStream processing frameworks: Flink / Kafka Streams / Spark Streaming / PyFlinkDesigning real-time pipelines (not just messaging systems) Stateful processing (windows, aggregation, checkpointing) Handling high-throughput, low-latency systemsExperience with event time, ordering, and consistency challenges👉 You think in data pipelines and streaming architectures, not just APIs⚙️ Production Ownership (Required) Experience delivering production-grade systems end-to-endKubernetes / containerized environmentsCI/CD pipelinesObservability (metrics, logs, tracing — e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) Strong ownership mindset (Build it & Run it)
🧠 Nice to Have:
