About the job Caring Caregiver We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team and provide care for a beloved mother in need. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week guaranteed.As a caregiver for our client, you will be responsible for providing physical, emotional, and social support to ensure their overall well-being. Your main duties will include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing companionship and engaging in meaningful activities.The ideal candidate for this role will have a genuine passion for caring for others, particularly seniors. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to be patient, understanding, and empathetic.Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming- Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition- Administering medication as prescribed- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful activities- Monitoring and reporting any changes in health or behavior- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment- Accompanying to medical appointments and assisting with transportation- Communicating with family members and healthcare professionals as neededQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred- CPR and First Aid certification- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and medication management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to be patient, understanding, and empathetic- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds- Valid driver's license and reliable transportationWe offer competitive compensation and benefits, as well as a supportive and positive work environment.
