Business Development Representative
We're looking for a driven BDR to drive outbound pipeline through both digital outreach and in-person events.As a BDR, you'll drive pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers across the East Coast. You'll serve as their first point of contact, conducting prospect research, initiating outreach, qualifying leads, and partnering with Sales to convert interest into revenue opportunities.ResponsibilitiesResearch and prospect target accounts across the East CoastRun personalized outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channelsAttend and follow up on local industry events to generate and qualify leadsBook meetings and support pipeline creation for the sales teamMaintain accurate data and activity tracking in CRMQualifications2+ years of BDR/SDR or outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS company / selling to software developers or engineers - a mustComfortable with both digital prospecting and in-person networkingStrong written and verbal communicationBased in NYC, and willing to travel within the USANative-level English is required, for local market engagementAnnual OTE range: $100-130k
