Procurement Specialist

Title: Procurement SpecialistLocation: Briarfield, Virginia | on site 4 days a week Salary: $86k-$105k plus 5% bonusSummary: The Procurement specialist owns the end-to-end procurement process, this role ensures materials and services are sourced at the best possible value while supporting production schedules and maintaining compliance with company procedures. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage purchasing activities, strengthen supplier relationships, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.Reports to : Procurement Operations Manager and provides support to the Procurement TeamKey Responsibilities: Sourcing suppliers, issuing RFQs, and analyzing quotesNegotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedulesCreating and managing purchase orders with accuracyResolving invoice, delivery, and vendor issuesPartnering with operations, engineering, and finance teams to solve problems quicklySupporting supplier on boarding and continuous process improvementWhat You BringBachelor's degree3+ years in procurement, supply chain, or related field (preferred)Strong Excel and analytical capabilitiesDetail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused mindsetAbility to collaborate across teams and build strong relationshipsEmployee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Nice to have Experience in ORACLE, or similar type Enterprise Business Systems experience.
