Seasonal Farm Help supports daily farm operations including harvesting, planting, general crop care, and assisting at weekly farmers markets. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Primary Responsibilities – Farm Work
Harvesting, washing, and packing produce
Planting, weeding, trellising, and general crop care
Field and greenhouse work
Post-harvest handling and market prep
General farm maintenance and seasonal tasks
Following harvest and quality standards
Secondary Responsibilities – Farmers Markets
Assisting with loading and unloading for markets
Helping with booth setup and breakdown
Supporting sales and customer interactions
Answering basic questions about produce and farming practices
Handling sales and inventory under guidance
Running farmers market booth once trained
Schedule
Farm work: weekdays and some weekends, weather dependent
Farmers markets: Saturdays
Early mornings required, especially on harvest and market days
Qualifications
Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work in all weather
Ability to lift 50-70 lbs
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to learn and take direction
Comfortable talking with customers (for market days)
Valid driver’s license preferred
Farm or farmers market experience a plus, not required
