System Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Deploy, manage, and support large-scale Windows and Linux environments, including virtualization platforms and networking components.• Create and maintain automation solutions using scripting languages for scalable deployment processes and infrastructure management.• Architect and implement secure, scalable solutions within hybrid environments, considering system interdependencies and limitations.• Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions through root cause analysis.• Collaborate effectively with global teams, provide technical consultation, and support cross-functional projects.• Contribute to identifying security risks, developing mitigation plans, and participating in compliance efforts.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.• 4+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration.• 2+ years of experience building scripts, tooling, and automation for large-scale computing environments.• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, or Shell.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary of $104,500 - $160,000 plus potential bonus.• Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a hyper-growth environment.• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement savings.• A culture that values curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning.Apply via Haystack today!
