Computer Programming/Web Development Instructor (BCHS/BCATC)

Computer Programming/Web Development Instructor (BCHS/BCATC) Location: Barren County High School / Barren County Area Technology Center, Glasgow, Kentucky. Responsibilities Teach occupational preparatory classes in the Computer Programming and Web Development career pathways, including Computer Literacy, Web Development Administration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and Swift programming language. Minimum Requirements Must hold the Rank III Kentucky teaching certificate in the subject area to be taught. Or hold a Kentucky Statement of Eligibility in the subject area to be taught. Or have four years of appropriate work experience, two of which must be in the last five years. Special Requirements Must have acquired (or be able to acquire) the national certifications applicable to the program area. Will become a member of the Teachers' Retirement System per KRS 161.220. May be required to submit to a drug screening test and background check. Salary: Dependent on rank and experience per appropriate salary table.
