Hematology/Oncology Physician Fort Collins, COPosition Overview:Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join a highly collaborative and innovative cancer care team. This permanent opportunity focuses on delivering comprehensive oncology and hematology care while supporting clinical research and advanced treatment initiatives.Practice Setting:Established, disease-focused oncology practiceCollaborative team of nine physicians, eight advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staffStrong care coordination with nurse navigators and care managersSystem-wide Epic EMREmphasis on clinical research, emerging therapies, and multidisciplinary cancer careClinical Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care for patients with cancer and hematologic disorders including leukemia, lymphoma, and myelomaDevelop treatment plans, provide consultations, and offer second opinions for complex oncology casesParticipate in clinical research and evidence-based treatment advancementsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient careSchedule & Call:Minimal call responsibilities shared among a large team of clinicians and hospitalistsQualifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible (within five years of residency) in Hematology and OncologyActive Colorado medical license or willingness to obtainDEA required prior to startClean malpractice and licensure history strongly preferredNPDB self-query report dated within 30 days required at presentationVisa sponsorship availableAdditional Details:Permanent position (not accepting locum or locum-to-permanent candidates)Conducts system-wide name clearanceOpportunity to work within a progressive, patient-centered cancer care program
