We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team and provide therapeutic services that make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.Position OverviewThe Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments/diagnostic evaluations, providing individual and group therapy, developing and monitoring treatment plans, and documenting progress. This role requires the ability to work with a diverse client population using various treatment approaches.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluationsProvide ongoing individual and group therapy sessionsDevelop, implement, and monitor treatment plansDocument significant client interactions and maintain accurate clinical recordsTrack and report client progressCollaborate with other providers and staff to ensure comprehensive careMinimum QualificationsActive master's level license in Maryland: LMSW, LGPC, LCSW, LCSW-C, or LCPCAt least 1 year of comparable clinical experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to working with diverse populationsBenefitsFlexible scheduleLicense/CertificationActive master's license in Maryland (Preferred: LMSW, LGPC, LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC)Work LocationIn person and some telehealth available
