The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC certified preferred and general repairs, and will be committed to delivering high-quality maintenance services in a timely and professional manner. Monday - Friday shift Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in apartments and common areas, including:Plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains)Electrical (e.g., replacing outlets, troubleshooting lighting)Carpentry (e.g., door repairs, cabinetry fixes)HVAC and appliance repair and replacementPrepare vacant apartments for new residents (turnovers/make-readies)Complete resident service requests/work orders promptly and professionallyMaintain tools and equipment in good working conditionAssist with groundskeeping duties as needed (e.g., trash pickup, snow removal)Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulationsCommunicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and property management Qualifications: 2+ years of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or multifamily housing preferredWorking knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairReliable transportationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various conditionsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Competitive hourly wage or salary $24-$25Health carePaid time off and holidays401k matching #ZR
