Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $1,800 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Espanola, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. Ensure safe, patient-centered, timely, and effective care during assigned shifts. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document according to hospital policies. Coordinate care with patients, families, and the healthcare team . Follow and document clinical protocols and standards of care . Identify and address patient education and discharge planning needs . Supervise LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel as required. Complete age-specific and unit-specific competency training as required. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of current experience in specialty area At least one completed 13-week travel assignment Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Preferred: Epic EMR experience (training available) Education Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or ASN Licensure & Certifications Active New Mexico RN License or Compact RN License BLS Certification (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Health & Safety) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
