Job DescriptionABOUT THE JOB In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to: Ensure that customers will receive quality doors with on time delivery.Your RoleStack doors onto pallet using proper techniquePrepare doors for stretch wrapper and insure they are properly wrapped and tagged for shipmentRepair doors using sanders, bondo, epoxy and epoxy gun, clamps, routers, scrapers, scrawls, hammers, knives and other engineer approved methodsRefill and organize repair/packout areaRecord scrapDispose of aerosol cans using document processOther duties as assignedBasic QualificationsHigh School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experienceAbility to be certified in all LOTO procedures for respective areaAbility to be certified in all jobs of respective areaManage ambiguity while working through stressful situationsPositive attitude and a willingness to work with others PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to understand and read a scheduleAbility to read a tape measureE21 knowledgeKnowledge of different types of litesPhysical DemandsPhysical demands of performing the duties of this job include, but are not limited to, occasionally lifting/handling up to <=100 lbs., frequently lifting/handling up to <=50 lbs., and constantly lifting/handling up to <=20 lbs.Non- Physical DemandsInclude but are not limited to time pressures, frequent change of tasks, irregular work schedule/overtime, multi-tasking, working closely with others as a team, and tedious or exacting work.While performing the duties of this job, the associate works around mechanical hazards, noise and or vibration daily. Extreme temperatures, wetness / humidity and being outdoors.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Computer SkillsAbility to run respective inventory system (Great Plains, E21, MES etc.).Language SkillsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $47,860 USD - $57,200 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
