Senior Software Engineer (Back End)

You'll work alongside the Heads of Engineering, Product, and Clinical Operations to design and deliver the systems that make recovery more human, accessible, and scalable. This is a chance to shape the future of virtual cardiac care, not just contribute to it.ResponsibilitiesArchitect robust, stable software to deliver essential healthcare to thousands of patientsDeliver consistently on sprints and projects across our backend infrastructureOwn specifications and tickets with self-sufficiency and independenceBalance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible resultsPartner closely with clinicians, operations experts, and care providers to find new solutions for our product and processes, close gaps in specifications/business logic and ensure that our code delivers on the underlying use caseReport directly to the Head of Engineering and extend their capacity across projectsHave a humble, growth-oriented mindset with a desire to consistently improve and outperformYour Past ExperienceNote: we consider applicants of all backgrounds.
