*Job Summary* The Bow is a short-order, small town diner. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Server to join our team. This dual role involves preparing and serving meals in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will take pride in food preparation and service, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. We are willing to train employees with no prior experience. *Responsibilities* - Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. - Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all food is handled safely and meets quality standards. - Serve meals to residents or customers, providing friendly and attentive service. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. - Ensure efficient meal service and address any dietary needs. - Monitor food inventory levels, assisting with ordering supplies as needed. - Follow all food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. *Experience* - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment would be great, but not required. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills. - Understanding of safe food handling protocols.
