Right At Home CaregiverRight at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors during scheduled overnight shifts. Previous caregiving experience is highly preferred but not required. Shift Details: Overnight shifts Typical shift length: 810 hours Weekday and weekend overnight shifts available Minimum of 1 night shift per week or 4 per month Preferred minimum of 12 hours per week Benefits: Paid Training Weekly Pay Paid Time Off (if working 20+ hours/week consistently) Badge, t-shirt, caregiver bag provided Raises, bonuses, and awards Stocked kitchen and fun team events Caregiver Recognition & Rewards Program Named Employer of Choice by Home Care Pulse (last 3 years) Responsibilities: Assist clients with nighttime routines and morning preparation Help with repositioning, mobility, or transfers Personal care (bathing, toileting, hygiene, dressing) Light housekeeping and maintaining a calm overnight environment Prepare or warm up simple meals/snacks if needed Medication reminders and safety monitoring Record changes or concerns for care team Qualifications: Adult or senior care experience required Compassionate, dependable, and responsive Valid driver's license and insured vehicle English proficiency (spoken and written) Clean background check and drug screening Able to stay awake and alert during overnight hours Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Right at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
