You’ll be confident engaging discerning customers, building lasting relationships, and guiding them through a considered purchase journey with credibility and care.We’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of their pipeline, and perform from day one.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll manage the full customer journey with a consultative, tailored approach — taking the time to understand each customer’s needs and presenting solutions that genuinely fit. From initial enquiry to vehicle handover, every interaction should reflect the standards expected of a premium brand.You’ll actively manage and convert leads across multiple channels, maximise opportunities through finance and value-added products, and consistently deliver against stretching targets. Alongside this, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience at every touchpoint.About YouYou’re an experienced automotive Sales Executive, ideally from a premium or prestige background, with a proven track record of strong, consistent performance.You combine commercial drive with professionalism and attention to detail. You know how to build trust quickly, communicate with confidence, and deliver a polished, high-quality customer experience.You’re results-focused and competitive, but never at the expense of the customer journey.
