Customer Support Representative

Job Overview: As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our service and parts departments. This hybrid role combines responsibilities of both a service writer and a back parts counter salesperson, providing excellent customer service to our clients both in-person and over the phone. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with service inquiries and schedule appointments for equipment maintenance and repairs. Provide accurate and timely information to customers about service status and repair timelines. Manage and process parts orders, ensuring timely availability and delivery to customers and technicians. Maintain inventory levels and assist in restocking parts as needed. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs. Assist with customer billing and payment processing for service and parts transactions. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
