Role Description We are seeking a qualified Construction Superintendent for a full-time on-site role located in McAllen, TX. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, manage and coordinate site operations, ensure safety compliance, maintain schedules, and collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and budgets. The role involves monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring high-quality standards in all project phases. Qualifications Proven experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practicesStrong Project Management and Budgeting skillsExceptional Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyFamiliarity with building codes, safety regulations, and construction standardsExcellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaborativelyProficiency in using construction management software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferredRelevant licenses or certifications, such as OSHA certification and PMP, are beneficial
