Part Time Showroom Associate/Service Tech

Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in St. George, UT, for a Showroom Associate/Service Technician at Mobility City. The role involves assisting customers in the showroom, including providing information on products for purchase or rental, and assisting with repairs. Additionally, responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs on mobility equipment, both in the showroom and through field service at customer locations. The position ensures excellent customer support by addressing questions and concerns and maintaining an organized and clean showroom environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair for mobility equipment, ensuring timely and effective servicing.Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service, addressing and resolving technical issues both on-site and in customers' homes.Excellent Customer Service abilities, including communication and problem-solving to support customer needs and experiences.Basic technical knowledge and ability to use tools for maintenance tasks.Valid driver's license and good driving record for field service responsibilities.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to various tasks associated with the role.Previous experience in a similar role or technical background is a plus.
