With 500+ theatres and nearly 6,000 screens; we're truly a global presence of 20,000 movie lovers working together to make unforgettable experiences.Role SummaryThis Senior Financial Analyst role sits at the intersection of growth and execution, supporting two essential parts of the business: Family Entertainment Centers (FECs), a strategic growth engine and evolving business line moving from inception into scale, and Domestic Facilities Operations, a core function that underpins daily performance, cost discipline, and operational excellence.This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the financial foundation of a growing business while partnering closely with established operations, providing broad exposure, meaningful impact, and a strong runway for advancement within FP&A.ResponsibilitiesThis role partners closely with the FP&A and Operations executive leadership team, collaborating regularly with Operations stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and data-driven analysis. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Serve as a key finance business partner across both Family Entertainment Centers (FECs) and Facilities Operations, delivering actionable financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support to drive operational efficiency and strategic growthSupport the FEC business, helping establish financial discipline, performance metrics, and scalable reporting as the business transitions from early-stage development into a growth phasePartner with Facilities Operations, providing financial oversight and analysis related to operating expenses, cost controls, and operational performance across domestic facilitiesOwn and support core financial processes, including monthly reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range business planning, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across both areasOperate in a highly visible role, interacting regularly with senior leadership and preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports that highlight key financial drivers, risks, and opportunitiesDesign, build, and maintain financial models supporting FEC operations and Facilities-related operating expenses (e.g., Repairs & Maintenance, Security), as well as budgeting and forecasting activitiesLead process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, data integrity, and financial insight as both business areas scale and evolvePerform ad hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational optimization effortsRequirementsBachelor’s degree required, with Degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Accounting a plusAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systemsAnaplan, Power BI, or other data visualization experience a plusTheatre operations experience as an Assistant Manager level or above, or related experience is a plusDemonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving and research abilitiesDetail orientedQuality work product and accuracy requiredAbility to learn quickly, multitask and meet report deadlinesStrong communication and persuasive skills, oral and writtenBasic knowledge of financial concepts, procedures and practicesExperience in database maintenance, design or queries a plusBenefits AvailableAt Cinemark, we believe every team member should feel like a hero.
