CRE Distressed Asset Manager

Our client is seeking a senior Equity Asset Manager to join its CRE Credit Asset Management team. This role focuses on distressed equity investing and REO assets across office and residential properties, with coverage from California to Chicago and an emphasis on the West Coast. It is not a traditional asset management position, but a hands-on, value-creation investing role requiring a creator and investor mindset, spanning underwriting, execution, and asset-level strategy. The role reports to the Head of REO and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in CRE distressed investing, strong judgment and analytical skills, and the ability to drive returns in a fast-paced environment.
