About the Opportunity:The Help Desk Support - Part Time Weekend Shift - Remote role is designed to provide critical IT support across multiple locations. This position ensures operational continuity by delivering timely technology assistance and managing personal and operational technology devices. The role supports end users through various communication methods and involves some flexibility in scheduling.3. Responsibilities:• Receive and prioritize IT support requests, diagnose issues, and resolve independently or escalate as needed• Aim to resolve most support requests on first contact• Participate in technology standards evaluation and implementation• Assist in developing and maintaining standard desktop, laptop, and virtual desktop images• Support hardware and software rollouts• Provide tools and training to enhance employee technology use• Maintain IT hardware, conduct minor repairs, manage vendor repairs, and oversee spare parts inventory• Support mobile device service requests and manage Microsoft Intune for company phones and tablets• Allocate and purchase devices as approved• Participate in companywide technology-related initiatives• Manage user controls on company software systems• Perform other assigned tasks4. Requirements:• Three to five years of IT user support experience in a complex business environment• Two or more years of experience with Windows 10, Office 365, and Apple iOS• Basic understanding of networking and DNS• Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and related technologies• Proven technical troubleshooting skills for applications, operating systems, and hardware• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences• Strong time management and ability to work with minimal supervision• Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed• Additional certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or similar technologies are advantageous5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The expected pay range is $23 to $31 per hour based on experience and qualifications• Includes a discretionary bonus and employee stock program6.
