What You’ll Do Complete nutritional assessments and care plans Recommend and monitor individualized nutrition interventions Support QAPI efforts for dining, food service, and cost management Be the nutrition expert during state and federal surveys Work independently while having a full support system behind you What We’re Looking For Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR) State licensure (or eligibility) Long term care experience preferred but not required Strong communication skills and a passion for improving resident well-being Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN Work Location: In person
