Role Description The CPA/Community Auditor will perform audits, reviews, and compilations for Homeowners' Associations and Condominium Associations. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed financial statements, reviewing and interpreting financial data, and assisting in tax preparation and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Honolulu, HI. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members and clients to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Statements and related reportingExperience in Tax Preparation and compliance activitiesPossession of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificationStrong foundation in Finance and Accounting principlesDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactionsAbility to work on-site in Honolulu, HIExperience working with HOAs or Condominium Associations is a plus
