In this role, you will have access to a full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance through Cigna. You will oversee department leaders, ensure all plant operations are carried out successfully, and help our company grow and thrive!Responsibilities:Maintain communication with all areas of the plantProvide direct supervision of shift team leaders and departmentsProvide performance reviews and feedback to department leadersFollow and support all company policies and proceduresUnderstand and support all plant operationsEnsure plant compliance and operating procedures are being followedCreate and implement standard operating procedures (SOP)Maintain documents such as daily logs, transfer sheets, PM's, permits, and other documents neededWork closely with maintenance department for essential operation of the plantIssue proper permits such as confined space permits, hot work permits, and lockout permitsEnsure overall success of the plant by providing leadership in accordance with the companyHours:Monday Through Friday7:30am-4:00 PMRotating on call leadershipPay:$110-130k/yearRequirements:AA, Bachelor's, or Technical degreeMinimum of 3 years of oilseed experienceMinimum of 2 years in a leadership roleSkills:Plant SuperintendentMicrosoft OfficeMaintenance TechnicianOilseedSoybeanEthanolLeadership skillsManagement skillsProduction processingAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
