Both are full-time, Monday through Friday day shift positions.Position 1 - RN Navigator, Structural Heart. The Structural Heart RN Navigator works independently to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the Structural Heart Team. This role leads care coordination for TAVR, WATCHMAN, and other structural heart patients, guiding them from initial referral through post-procedure follow-up.Position 2 - RN Navigator, Cardiothoracic Surgery. The Cardiothoracic SurgeryRN Navigator works directly with cardiac surgeons and PAs to manage the full continuum of care for cardiothoracic surgery patients.
